Business Services

Spanish Communications is passionate about enhancing the opportunity for primarily English speaking businesses to provide products and services to the Spanish speaking community. This takes many forms in our service offering to the business community.

We focus on working with businesses and organizations that are established or have an interest in establishing themselves within the Latino community. We also work directly with the Latino community, specifically the monolingual Spanish speaking community that find themselves in need of language services.

As the Latino population continues to grow, so does the need for multilingual services. Whether you are a business with monolingual Spanish clients or an individual who needs translation support, Spanish Communications can help.

On-site interpreters: We can support your interpretation needs at meetings, negotiations, sales closings, or any other scheduled business activity.

Business specific references: By request, we will create specific, quick reference sheets with key phrases in both English and Spanish in order to improve your level of communication between you and your monolingual Spanish-speaking clients. They can also include typical interchanges directed at enhancing overall relationships and rapport between you and any monolingual Spanish speaking staff you may have.

Document development and translation: We can help you translate marketing material, advertisements, manuals, contracts, and other business material into either Spanish or English. In addition to direct translation, we can also provide guidance on how to adapt an English focused message into an effective Spanish message.

Employee programs: If you have employees whom are primarily Spanish speaking, Spanish Communications offers an employee benefit program that allows the employer to offer access to their employees at little or no cost to the business.

Business Spanish education: Spanish Communications offers regular small group courses for business people. These courses focus on learning the basic terms and phrases for doing business with a Spanish-speaking client. Just as important is our training in the differences in negotiation, referral selling, and customer service in the Spanish culture. We include specific modules for each class to deal with industry specific topics.

Custom, interactive and practical language courses, all based upon material and content that have been tested and proven to work in real world environments. In addition, we strongly believe in the importance of creating a solid foundation; therefore, all of our courses include such topics as culture and language structure. We should mention that although we have the capacity to provide courses in other languages besides Spanish, our focus and most requested courses are those in Spanish.

This service allows the facilitation of not only understanding and comprehension, but more importantly, it enables our clients to have a voice. It provides the opportunity for our clients to make informed decisions when dealing with scenarios that can potentially affect the rest of their lives.

Written translation services that allow businesses to improve their lines of communication and understanding as well as enhance their overall level of customer service. Our services include the creation of documents as well, enabling our clients to bring their thoughts and ideas to fruition in multiple languages. Similarly, these services are invaluable to those required to communicate by other than verbal communication when a language barrier exists.
